The inaugural Annual General Meeting of St. Benedict's College Old Boys' Union of Victoria Inc. was held on 24th August 1981 at ‘Palm Court’ in Blackburn. The elected office bearers of the committee for the term 1981/82 are as follows:

Extracted from the minutes of the meetingEvery member of the inaugural committee was granted life membership during the Victorian OBU's 25th Anniversary. But as the recorded information was misplaced, a motion was passed during the 45th AGM to recognise the life membership of every inaugural committee member.
